Please note that our Winter break and March Break camps will be located at the YMCA of Oakville, 410 Rebecca Street.

How to check the programs you have registered your child for?2025-10-27T15:01:05-04:00
  1. Follow this link to sign in and visit the My Account page: https://anc.ca.apm.activecommunities.com/ymcaofoakville/myaccount
  2. Scroll down to the bottom of the webpage and click on View Family Members Schedule
  3. Click on the button, Family Members, and choose the child’s name.
  4. Click on the date and choose July/August to look at the Schedule which shows the program name/week you have registered your child for.
How to register for Before/After care and what are the timings?2025-10-27T15:01:10-04:00

You can select Before/After care option while registering for our programs at YMCA/River Oaks/Palermo locations. There will not be any additional charge to register. The timings for Before care will be 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM and After care will be 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM.

How can I apply for subsidy or get financial assistance to register for the summer camp?2025-10-27T15:01:15-04:00
  1. Apply for Halton Regional subsidy by contacting the region through this link if your child is below 13 years of age: https://ymcaofoakville.org/programs/camps/subsidy/
  2. If your child is above 13-year-old or your subsidy doesn’t get approved, you can apply for YMCA Financial assistance through this link: https://ymcaofoakville.org/programs/camps/financial-assistance/

When is the last date to request Swaps/Switches?2025-11-04T14:45:02-05:00

14 days prior to the start of the week. Monday will be the last day to process any swaps or switches of the week/program for the coming week.

How to add authorized pickups?2025-10-27T15:30:22-04:00
  1. Follow this link to sign in and visit the My Account page: https://anc.ca.apm.activecommunities.com/ymcaofoakville/myaccount
  2. Go to My Account page.
  3. Scroll to the bottom and click on Manage Family Member.
  4. Add new member, enter the details, and click on Submit.
  5. In the same page, under child’s name, click on Authorized Pickups and add the new member.

Horseback Riding FAQ

Horseback riding requires some focus and attention, the coaches do their best to make this a fun experience. This camp is all day and campers are expected to follow rules and instructions for their own safety.
