Please note that our Winter break and March Break camps will be located at the YMCA of Oakville, 410 Rebecca Street.

How to register my child in the new system?2025-12-18T15:02:53-05:00
  1. Creating online parental account
    Note: If a customer already has a profile in the system or forgot password, click on Password Reset and enter email and the Password Reset link will be sent to the parent’s email
  2. To add another parent, click on the Manage people and household information button at the button of the page.
  3. Select the Start application button below the season.
  4. Add a registrants, enter the details, select the campers and continue.
  5. Select the sessions for each camper and add to cart.
  6. Select the Session options for the selected session.
    1. Session options: before/after care, bussing, Group (if available).
    2. Click on continue.
  7. Filling the Forms:
    1. Household FORM: Emergency contact name, number and relationship.
      1. Photo release
      2. NSF
      3. Authorized pick up
    2. Personal FORM: Additional support at school.
      1. Allergies
      2. Dietary restrictions
      3. Immunization
      4. Medical/ illness/ diseases
  8. Agree to Consent and move towards payment.
  9. Select the Payment options and pay.

Payment’s receipt: Once you login, click on View my application and under Financial, click on Download printable season account statement.

Current Registrations: Once you login, click on View my application and under Forms, click on Download printable season Registration confirmation.

How to register for Before/After care and what are the timings?2025-10-27T15:01:10-04:00

You can select Before/After care option while registering for our programs at YMCA/River Oaks/Palermo locations. There will not be any additional charge to register. The timings for Before care will be 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM and After care will be 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM.

How can I apply for subsidy or get financial assistance to register for the summer camp?2025-10-27T15:01:15-04:00
  1. Apply for Halton Regional subsidy by contacting the region through this link if your child is below 13 years of age: https://ymcaofoakville.org/programs/camps/subsidy/
  2. If your child is above 13-year-old or your subsidy doesn’t get approved, you can apply for YMCA Financial assistance through this link: https://ymcaofoakville.org/programs/camps/financial-assistance/

14 days prior to the start of the week. Monday will be the last day to process any swaps or switches of the week/program for the coming week.

Horseback Riding FAQ

Horseback riding requires some focus and attention, the coaches do their best to make this a fun experience. This camp is all day and campers are expected to follow rules and instructions for their own safety.
