Halton Regional Subsidy

The YMCA of Oakville holds a Purchase of Service Agreement with Halton Region. This partnership allows us to meet the needs of families in our community who are unable to pay the full cost of Summer Camp.

How to apply for Halton Regional Subsidy:

To learn more about how you can apply for fee subsidy, please contact Halton Region at (905) 825-6000 or visit this link to apply: https://www.missioninc.com/cso/halton/en-ca/services

If your subsidy gets approved, you will receive the document named CSF30 if your child is above 6-year-old and CSF30b if your child is below 6-year-old.

Note: We request customers with children below 6-year-old having subsidy to checkout the link below for our summer licensed care before registering with us as CWELCC rate is not applied for our programs.

How to register through Halton Regional Subsidy:

Once you have received approval from Halton Region for Fee Subsidy for YMCA Summer Day Camp, please:

Complete the Day Camp Registration Form below with a copy of a current CSF30. If your child is below 6-year-olds, please attach the document CSF30b which you will be receiving from the Halton Region.
A camp administrator will receive your registration entry and will be in touch regarding payment and parental contributions.

Eligible programs through Subsidy:

Families seeking regional subsidy are only able to register for the programs below for multiple weeks depending on your daily parental contribution without any additional cost.

Families seeking Regional Subsidy are only able to register for two weeks of the following specialty camps with an additional charge:

Horseback Riding

Swim N Sport

Note: Please make sure not to double book your child in different organizations at the same time as the region will be paying only one organization at a time. If your subsidized amount is not paid by the region, we will have to charge you the whole amount for the week.
