PhysioAID
In the YMCA of Oakville PhysioAID Program, our certified Trainers will help you achieve optimal joint health. If you are currently working with a healthcare practitioner (orthopedic surgeon, physiotherapist) we will align our program approach. If you are not currently seeing a practitioner, no problem! We can develop a safe approach to improve any new or old nagging pain and injuries. We aim to ensure everyone has the support they need to overcome injury and support joint health using both “rehabilitation” and “prehabilitation” approaches one on one or in a small group format.
