YMCA March Break Licensed Kinder Program
(March 16-20, 2026)

Current Child Care Participants Only

The YMCA of Oakville provides full-day licensed child care for school-age children (3.8-5 years) on March Break. These fun and educational programs are held at various locations within Oakville. Registrations are for current child care participants.

Licensed Kinder Locations

  • River Oaks Elementary School – 2173 Munn’s Ave, Oakville
  • St. Dominic Elementary School – 2405 Rebecca Street, Oakville

Programs operate from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Fees

  • $275.00 Base Fee per Week
  • $110.00 Weekly Rate with CWELCC Reduction (Canada-wide Early Learning Child Care Fee)

The YMCA provides a positive, supportive experience for children who require additional assistance. If your child receives additional support in their YMCA Before and After School program, please register through the Inclusion tab on our website or email [email protected]. Limited spaces available.

Please note these programs are separate from YMCA Before and After School Care and require separate registration.

How to Register:

  • Visit our Registration Portal. After logging into your online portal, select the link to the PD Days & Camps from the list. Select the location you need and save. The charge will be added to your regular billing.
  • Registrations are processed in the order received, and your current payment method on file will be charged.
  • If spaces are full, your child will be placed onto a wait list.

To Register for Inclusion Support:

If your child receives additional support in their YMCA Before and After school program or their school day, please visit our “Inclusion Support” page to submit your registration.

Cancellation 

Cancellation of your child’s registration must be made in writing to [email protected]

For requests made at least 15 days prior to the Licensed Kinder Program date, refunds will be issued less $25 per session cancellation administration fee. For requests made within 14 days of the first day of Licensed Kinder Program fees are non-refundable.
