Inquiry for Regionally Subsidized Families 

Please complete and submit the Winter Break inquiry form to add your child to the wait-list. Be sure to complete one form for each child you would like to put on the wait-list.

Limited spaces. A member of our team will contact you within 48 hours should a space become available. Please note you must send a copy of your CSF-30 if your inquiry is approved.
