YMCA Summer Day Camp Cancellation
Camp cancellation requests must be made in writing or via the form below.
Requests received a minimum of two weeks prior to the first day of the camp program will be refunded. A $25.00 cancellation fee will be applied for each week cancelled. Requests made within 14 days of the first day of camp fees are non-refundable. Registrations occurring within two weeks of the start of a program will not be subject to any refund either.
You will be refunded to the same method of payment you initially used to register. Exceptions may be considered for confirmed medical reasons with proper documentation (doctor’s note required). Program transfers are accepted pending availability. Refunds are not issued if a camper is sent home as a result of their behaviour, if they are ill, or if they are directed to isolate/stay home.
