Stronger Together
The Stronger Together program is designed to create a safe and inclusive environment for youth aged 13-17 who identify as female, non-binary, and gender-questioning. Each topic is carefully chosen to address key aspects of emotional and physical well-being, empowerment, and personal development:

Body Image and Self-Esteem and Emotional Intelligence support mental health and self-acceptance.

Well-Being (Health & Nutrition) and Mental Health emphasize the importance of holistic health.

Leadership and Volunteerism fosters a sense of purpose and community involvement.

Mindfulness & Self-Compassion provides tools for managing stress and enhancing self-care.
These topics collectively aim to empower participants, helping them navigate challenges, build resilience, and foster a supportive community where they feel valued and understood.
