An appointment for My Wellness Program is a one-on-one orientation with one of our Wellness Coaches who will provide an overview of YMCA programs and services, help you learn how to use equipment, and recommend some activities to get you started.

This is a complimentary offering for all new members. All new members are entitled to receive THREE 30-minute COMPLIMENTARY orientations with a coach.
