Child Care: Daily screening
Parent(s)/guardian(s) must perform a daily screening of their child(ren) for signs of COVID-19 before coming to the YMCA of Oakville Before School program each day.
One screening questionnaire is to be completed per child. However, if siblings are not experiencing symptoms, only one questionnaire is required for siblings per household.
Daily self-assessment requirements
As parent/guardian, you agree that you will:
- take your child(ren)’s temperature to check for fever (higher than 37.8ºC)
- monitor your child(ren) for signs and symptoms (including atypical symptoms) of COVID-19
- complete the COVID-19 Daily Self-Assessment for your child(ren)
- keep your child home and contact your child’s school and your YMCA Child Care supervisor if your child has signs or symptoms
