YMCA Child Care PA Days Cancellation

Registration closing dates will be 3 weeks prior to the program date.

In order to receive a refund, cancellation of your child’s registration must be submitted in writing at least two weeks prior to the PA Day. Full refunds are issued for requests made 14 days or more before the PA Day.

For requests made within 14 days of the PA Day, fees will be refunded minus a $15 per day cancellation fee.

Please note that regional subsidy cancellations are not refundable within 14 days prior to the PA Day.
