If your child requires medication while attending our program, all medical details must be completed in the online registration prior to attendance.

Please Note: All medication must be in its original packaging and clearly labelled with your child’s name, dosage, and duration of use.

  • Prescription Medication – Upon arrival at the Licensed Summer Kinder Program, please provide all prescription medication to the On-Site Supervisor. The Supervisor will ensure the medication is stored in a locked container. Medication will only be removed at the scheduled administration time and will be returned to parents at the end of the day.
  • Epi-Pens and Inhalers – Upon arrival at the Licensed Summer Kinder Program, please provide all Epi-Pens and/or inhalers to the On-Site Supervisor. The Supervisor will ensure that all required documentation is completed and that staff are informed and trained to support your child’s needs.

Children who require an Epi-Pen and/or inhaler must bring it in a separate fanny pack, as it must be worn by the child at all times while in our care.
