My family and I emigrated from the United Kingdom to Canada in 1998. Starting a new chapter in our lives and settling down in a new county with a very young family was challenging, but it became so much easier after being introduced to the YMCA of Oakville.
16-year-old Lynn joined, what was then the Mississauga YMCA, as a fitness instructor in 1988 and little did she know at the time that it would commence a 35-year long (and counting) relationship with the YMCA!
