With a primary focus on healing and strengthening the cardiovascular system, this program offers support for individuals with known coronary heart disease and related risk factors. Healthy Hearts focuses on the improvement of aerobic capacity and full body strength training. Supervised and monitored by a kinesiologist, this is a safe and beneficial way to develop a regular exercise routine. A series of monthly educational workshops are also part of the program.

Individualized three month program following Healthy Hearts prescribed and monitored by a kinesiologist. This three-day a week commitment will allow participants to stay motivated and feel safe with supervised coaches. Pre and post baseline measures assessments and monthly education workshops are available to keep individuals on track.
