Yoga Fitness

Yoga is a great way to stretch and strengthen your mind and body. Designed to provide increases flexibility or your joint and ligaments and excellent toning of your muscles, this class will give you more energy, delay of the aging process and help you feel great!

Power Yoga

Power Yoga is a class designed to move you more quickly through Hatha based postures. The focus is more strength based fitness rather than flexibility traditionally taught in regular Yoga classes.

Mindful Yoga

A great way to end your day!

Mindful yoga is a combination of relaxing the mind through meditation and yoga postures to deepen your inner connection. Meditation helps to lower stress and promotes restful sleep and improve brain function. Class will be held outside weather permitting.
