During this 45 minute session participants will take part in a variety of challenges; Speed, Gear level, power output, endurance and the beloved “no-bounce”. This program is designed to challenge Youth of all fitness levels as it is the individual who challenges their own abilities versus competing with the participants beside you.

Retirements:

  • Minimum height 5’0″
  • Ages 10+
  • Comfortable athletic attire
  • Water
