Your YMCA membership includes a variety of drop-in and sign-up programs for children 0-5 yrs, all located at the Peter Gilgan Family YMCA. Not a member yet? Day pass users are welcome to join in these programs and meet new families!

Your child will learn about the days of the week, weather and much more, with a focus on preparation for school. Crafts, playtime, circle and sing time will ensure your child has fun and learns some valuable lessons too!

Bring your kids and enjoy some active time together in the Y open gym! Kids will have fun climbing, skipping and even jumping together on our bouncy castle.

Active play in the Y gym for bigger kids. Lots of space to jump, climb and enjoy. Active stations with sports, cooperative play, jumper castle (Lucy) on alternate weeks and group games. This program gives children a chance to be active and learn while interacting with our attentive staff.

This dynamic program offers your child a chance to rock climb, run and play sports as well as sing along with other kids during circle time. Located in the Adventure Centre of the YMCA, this class is a great way to work out and have some fun too.

Our signature evening preschool program is designed to all parents to drop their child off to have some fun, play with toys and enjoy some group activities. When the weather is nice children will be able to go outside and play in our turf area.
