Registered Programs

Registered Programs

Registered programs focus on building skills, confidence and fitness over successive weeks with a YMCA Instructor. Learn and practise all of the elements needed to enjoy and improve your sport or activity by committing to a regular and recurring session. Each time there will be a warm up, some progressive drills and exercises and individual coaching designed to improve proficiency. Some time at the end of each lesson is also set aside to practise and apply learning.

Leagues & Competitive Play

All YMCA programs, including leagues and competitions still require commitment to our values and safety including respect, and fair play. Leagues and Competitions offer you the chance to apply your skill in friendly competitions that include prizes, social events and refreshment and feature paid officials, timekeeping and stats management.
