Oakville Taekwondo Kickathon

Oakville Taekwondo Kick-a-thon
Saturday, April 23, 2016 starting at 1:00 p.m.
Peter Gilgan Family YMCA

Join us April 23 for the 11th annual Oakville Taekwondo Kick-a-thon and help impact the lives of more children, youth, adults and families in our community. This annual fundraising event, hosted by Jamie and Tino Dossantos of the Oakville Taekwondo Club and the YMCA of Oakville, raises much-needed funds for the YMCA Strong Kids Campaign.

Your support can make a difference.

Did you know there were more than 1,800 people in need who turned to the YMCA for support last year? They were children, youth, adults and families all facing financial barriers to accessing the programs and services needed to achieve greater health.

Through your support of the YMCA Strong Kids campaign, we can provide financial assistance and create more opportunities for people in our community to become healthier, stronger, more confident and reach their potential.

Our 2016 Kick-a-thon fundraising goal is $20,000 and you can help us reach it!

Here’s how:

  1. Create a team or join a team!
  2. Collect pledges. Pledge envelopes were distributed March 9 and 11, additional forms are available.
  3. Make a donation at any time online.

YYMCA Strong Kids Campaign All proceeds from the Kick-a-thon will support the YMCA Strong Kids campaign to help more people receive the financial support needed to access YMCA programs that help them achieve greater physical, social and mental health.
