This program is intended to inspire young people to make the personal changes needed to thrive, to develop confidence and give back to their communities through meaningful employment. Participants currently facing personal challenges will turn the curve, and be given the opportunity to change their circumstances.

Throughout the program, participants will obtain certifications required to seek part-time employment in recreation, coaching, community sport officiating and/or lifeguarding and swim instruction. Mentors will guide participants through team building activities, training opportunities and personal development experiences; allowing participants to develop new skills and confidence.
